Call me to book an appointment please. This is the best way to reach me. If I am not home please leave me a detailed message and I will get back to you. Please make sure if you are calling from a different state or country that you are aware of the time difference before you call me. We will need to take this into consideration when we set up the appointment. Sessions will take place over the phone unless arrangements are made otherwise.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule please let me know at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Adult Consultations are $100 US dollars (1hour). Children's Consultations are $75 US dollars (1hour). I will do half hour consultations for children only and they are $38 US dollars.

To Enroll in a class please call me. If you are in the Boise area I will need to consider all prospective students and their availability. If you are outside the Boise area I will need to discuss the number of prospective students that may be attending. I will need a minimum of six students for me to travel to teach a class. For classes students may pay online or in person with cash or check.

Beginning Meditation & Self Awareness Program (The Red Program) is $280 US dollars. The cost is the same for the eight week program as it is in the weekend program.

The more advanced programs' prices are as follows:

The Orange Program is $210 US dollars for each six week segment.
The Yellow Program is $210 US dollars for each six week segment.
The Green Program is $200 US dollars for each monthly session.

What we do should be an extension of who we are rather than a definition of who we are.
You don't have to have a title to legitimize yourself. Just be yourself.
When your spirit, emotions, body and mind are in harmony with each other you know who you are and no one can tell you otherwise.
Always be willing to walk away from circumstances and people that disrespect your boundaries, even if you love them as much as your own soul.
Our body's ultimate design is for pleasure.
To gain the respect of an enemy, see them for who they are. They will later have your back when you least expect it.
When we make mistakes and then work through them while our children are watching they are then safe to be who they are. They can be human, because you showed them how.

In society what we see is what is given the most credit and carries the most value and weight. At the same time it is what is unseen that has been the back bone of the created result.
